HIBISCUS TEA
Hibiscus Flower Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 2-3 fresh flowers)
- 4 cups water (or herbal tea)
- Honey or sugar (optional)
- Lemon slices or juice (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse dried hibiscus flowers with cold water.
2. Combine hibiscus flowers and water in a large pot.
3. Heat mixture over medium heat until boiling.
4. Reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5. Strain tea into a separate container.
6. Discard solids or reserve for later use.
7. Add honey or sugar to taste.
8. Serve hot or iced.
